In connection with my participation in Income Lab Academy, I hereby perpetually and irrevocably grant to Income Laboratory, Inc., its affiliates, licensees, agents, employees, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively, “Company Parties”), the unrestricted right to use, reuse, publish, create derivative works of, and republish my name, likeness, voice, persona, performance, quotes, statements, and/or demographic information such as age, place of residence, descriptive title of role or responsibility, industry expertise and/or industry experience (“Likeness") contained in any manner or medium, including, but not limited to, film, videotape, audio tape, photograph, television, radio, digital, internet, social media, digital apps, or other publication or exhibition, whether now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation to me of any kind (collectively, “Content”). I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the Content or use of my Likeness. I expressly release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, demands and causes of action which I have or may have, including, but not limited to, claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, libel, defamation, claim of visual or audio alteration or faulty mechanical reproduction, misappropriation, or any other cause of action arising out of the uses herein granted, even if the use of the Content is objectionable to me. I represent and warrant that (a) I fully understand this Release, (b) this Release is binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns, and (iii) I am over the age of eighteen (18) and I am competent to contract in my own name and/or have full legal capacity to contract for the minor named below.
